Vegan Peanut Butter
Spread on toast or as a dip for celery sticks.
Total Time 20 minutes
- 2 cups Raw Peanuts
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Agave
- 4 tbsp Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Toast peanuts in oven for 2-5 mins.(Keep close eye on peanuts. Do not burn.)
- Add peanuts and salt to food processor. Process until fine.(For chunkier results, pulse till coarse.)
- Add agave and warmed cannabis oil, pulse until creamy butter is formed.
