Vegan Peanut Butter

Spread on toast or as a dip for celery sticks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Agave
  • 4 tbsp Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Toast peanuts in oven for 2-5 mins.
    (Keep close eye on peanuts. Do not burn.)
  • Add peanuts and salt to food processor. Process until fine.
    (For chunkier results, pulse till coarse.)
  • Add agave and warmed cannabis oil, pulse until creamy butter is formed.
