Vegan Peanut Butter
Spread on toast or as a dip for celery sticks
- 2 cups Raw Peanuts
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Agave
- 4 tbsp Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil
Preheat oven to 350°.
Toast peanuts in oven for 2-5 mins.
(Keep close eye on peanuts. Do not burn.)
Add peanuts and salt to food processor. Process until fine.
(For chunkier results, pulse till coarse.)
Add agave and warmed cannabis oil, pulse until creamy butter is formed.
