Majoun
A Moroccan delight

Ingredients
- 120 grams Cannabutter
- 100 grams Honey
- 70 grams Pistachio
- 70 grams Walnut
- 100 grams Dates
- 100 grams Almonds
- Dried Eggs
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Ground Anise
- 1 tbsp Rose Water
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
Instructions
- In a blender combine all the nuts with flour and chopped, dried fruit. Don’t blend it too fine, you want a sticky pulp with a bit of texture, or a bite to it.
- In a pan over a gentle heat, melt the cannabutter and honey, then add the ground up mixture.
- Add the spices and on a gentle heat, mix thoroughly.
- Add lemon zest and rose water to taste.
- Chill the mixture and to ensure that it sets properly.
- Can be eaten directly from a jar, or divided into individual portions and coated in various crushed nuts, desiccated coconut, or even rose petals.
