Infused Roasted Vegetable Hummus

Ingredients
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Orange Bell Peppers
- 1 Tomato
- 10 Parsley Stems
- 2 cups Dried Garbanzo Beans
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- .25 oz Cannabis Tincture
Instructions
- Combine garbanzo beans with 6 cups water and allow to soak overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°. Roughly chop garlic, peppers & tomatoes.
- Combine garlic, peppers, tomato, sugar & 1/4 cups oil. Roast for 1 hr.
- Using a food processor, puree garbanzo beans, stems, roasted vegetables. Gradually add olive oil. Finish puree with tincture, lemon juice and seasoning.
Notes
Add water to puree for a more desired texture.
