Instructions
Combine garbanzo beans with 6 cups water and allow to soak overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°. Roughly chop garlic, peppers & tomatoes.
Combine garlic, peppers, tomato, sugar & 1/4 cups oil. Roast for 1 hr.
Using a food processor, puree garbanzo beans, stems, roasted vegetables. Gradually add olive oil. Finish puree with tincture, lemon juice and seasoning.
Notes
Add water to puree for a more desired texture.
