Infused Roasted Vegetable Hummus

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Orange Bell Peppers
  • 1 Tomato
  • 10 Parsley Stems
  • 2 cups Dried Garbanzo Beans
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • .25 oz Cannabis Tincture

Instructions

  • Combine garbanzo beans with 6 cups water and allow to soak overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 400°. Roughly chop garlic, peppers & tomatoes.
  • Combine garlic, peppers, tomato, sugar & 1/4 cups oil. Roast for 1 hr.
  • Using a food processor, puree garbanzo beans, stems, roasted vegetables. Gradually add olive oil. Finish puree with tincture, lemon juice and seasoning.

Notes

Add water to puree for a more desired texture.
