Chia Seed Pudding
Who doesn't love chia puddin'? Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, except for the granola. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the chia seeds have absorbed the milk, and the mixture has reached the consistency of pudding. Top with 1-2 tablespoons of Pura Vida Gramola. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
 - 1/2 Cup Water
 - 1 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
 - 1/5 tsp Vanilla
 - 1/4 tsp Cardamom
 - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
 - 1 tsp Maple Syrup
 - 1 tbsp Pura Vida Gramola
 
Instructions
