In a stove top pot, bring 2/3 cup of water to a boil and then turn heat to low. Open Clockwork packet and empty fully into the water. Stir, and add half of the milk to the pot. Stir in cocoa and maple syrup. Mix until well combined. Pour into a mug with enough space for remaining milk.
Pour remaining milk into a jar with a lid. Shake vigorously for 60 seconds, until it’s frothy and has doubled in size. Remove the lid and microwave for 30-60 seconds. The froth should move to the top of the milk. Place a spoon against the froth, pouring warm milk into your mocha. Top your beverage with froth.
Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
