Mix all ingredients together for marinade. Place chicken in marinade and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat deep fryer to 350 F degrees.
Mix dry ingredients. Transfer into paper grocery bag (use two bags to minimize chance of bag ripping).
Take about 12-15 pieces, place in paper bag, fold over the top of the bag and shake until pieces of chicken are fully coated.
Shake excess flour off pieces of chicken. Place in fryer for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and outside is crispy golden brown.
Serve with sauce on the side.
