Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Infused Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Lemon Zest

TO MAKE ICING:

  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Infused Butter
  • Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add the infused butter and mix on medium for 1 minute.
  • Mix eggs one at a time.
  • Mix in milk at 1/4 cup at a time on low speed.
  • Add vanilla extract and lemon zest.
  • Pour into greased bundt cake pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cool before icing.
