French Toast

Jumpstart your morning with this extra-special french toast made with Can O’Budder.

  • 3 tbsp Can O'Budder
  • 8 slices Thick Bread
  • 2/3 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • Powder Sugar To sprinkle
  • Syrup


  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon Can O’ Budder in a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Working in batches, dip each slice of bread in the batter for 30 seconds each side. Let some of the batter drip off, then place in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Add more Budder to the skillet or griddle, and repeat with remaining bread.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
