- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9x5x3 loaf pan with foil or parchment paper and lightly spray with a non-stick cooking spray. 
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
- On a parchment or silicone mat lined baking sheet, place grapefruit wedges. Sprinkle with sugar. 
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until beginning to caramelize. 
- In a large bowl, stir together Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative, honey, almonds, grapefruit and Ruby cannabis sugar. 
- Pour into popsicle mold and freeze according to manufacturer directions.
