Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until well blended.
Pour the blended mixture into a stainless steel, copper, or glass pot (never use aluminum or nonstick cookware).
Squeeze 1/2 gram of Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) from the syringe or dip with a tiny spoon from the container that the RSO oil is in into the pot with all of the blended ingredients.
Simmer on low heat in a pot for about 30-45 minutes.
Let the mixture cool a little and pour into coffee cups or your choice of shot glass/glassware.
Garnish with whip cream or soy cream, then sprinkle the top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
