Horseradish Cream Sauce
Kick up your steak/beef to a new level of flavor.
The horseradish cream sauce kicks up your beef / steak dishes to another level of flavour. You can use with roasted beef, lamb, pork, chicken, potatoes, and even for dipping a nice grilled cheese and tomato sandwich in!!
The best is to use fresh horseradish and start slow, kind of like cannabis oil. You can always add more horseradish if you need to but can’t take it out if you put too much. Using fresh horseradish will give you a better flavor, yet, horseradish from a jar taste great too.
- .5 cup Horseradish
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Chopped Chives
- 3 ml Cannabis Oil
- Kosher Salt
In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup grated horseradish, the sour cream, lemon juice, cannabis oil, and chives until combined.
Season with salt and, if desired, up to 1/4 cup more horseradish to taste.
