1 cup Sundried Tomatoes
.33 cup Pecorino Romano or Parmesan Cheese
.25 cup Fresh Basil
.25 cup Hemp Seeds
1 Cloves of Garlic use up to 3
.5 cup Olive Oil
3 ml Cannabis Oil use up to 5 ml, depending on your dosage

You might think that making a sundried tomato pesto is hard but it’s the easiest thing ever.  All you need to do is throw all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until ingredients are incorporated.  How easy is that?

This pesto recipe by The Wellness Soldier is very versatile and you can use this recipe with pasta, gnocchi, chicken, white fish, or just spread on bread.  You can also use this pesto as a marinade for meats and seafood!  Infusing meats with this amazing pesto will give you the flavor and culinary edge you’ve been searching for.

If your sundried tomatoes are too dry or very tough, as they are most of the time, you can soak them in hot water prior to adding them to the food processor (remembering to drain the water before adding).

Directions:

In a food processor add all ingredients, except the olive oil.

Turn on and slowly add the olive oil while food processor is running.

Once all ingredients are incorporated, serve, eat well, and be happy.
