3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
.5 Cup Water
1.25 Cup Coconut Milk Light or Full Fat. Could use almond milk.
.5 Tsp Vanilla
.25 Tsp Cardamom Ground. Optional.
.25 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Maple Syrup Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Pura Vida Gramola First Love or Chocolate Jubillee

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, except for the granola.

Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the chia seeds have absorbed the milk, and the mixture has reached the consistency of pudding.

Top with 1-2 tablespoons of Pura Vida Gramola. Enjoy!
