1 cup Infused Butter
2 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
3 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
.5 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
Lemon Zest
To make icing:
2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Whole Milk
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Lemon Bundt Cake 2

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.

Add the infused butter and mix on medium for 1 minute.

Mix eggs one at a time.

Mix in milk at 1/4 cup at a time on low speed.

Add vanilla extract and lemon zest.

Pour into greased bundt cake pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Let cool before icing.
