Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For the Lamb Burgers
2 lbs Ground Lamb
.25 cup Sundried Tomato
Cannabis Oil based on your dosage
.5 cup Oats
2 tbsp Red Onion
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Cloves of Garlic
8 oz Feta Cheese finely crumbled
For the Tzatziki Sauce
2 cups Plain Yogurt
.5 Cucumber peeled, shredded and seeded
2 ml Cannabis Oil you can use up to 4 ml, according to your dosage
1 Cloves of Garlic use up to 2
1 tbsp Fresh Dill Weed or use 1 tsp dried dill weed
Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Soon the sun will be shining and the heat will be beaming down on you, then you’ll know it’s summertime, and with summertime comes camping, good times, and BBQ’d Lamb Burgers!!

This year let’s grill up some burgers that will have you being the talk of the town, the Lamb Burgers w/ Sundried Tomatos & Feta Cheese by The Wellness Soldier. One thing we will NOT be doing with our burgers is throwing dried decarboxylated cannabis in with the mixture.  This worked well in the days of past but now we have precise dosing with Tweed 10:1 cannabis oil.   The cannabis oil not only medicates you, it also adds moisture to the burger, to give you a nice juicy lamb burger.

For non-medicated burgers, simply add olive oil instead of cannabis oil.

Accompanied with your burger is a fresh Tzatziki sauce that will have your taste buds dancing. You will amaze yourself with how simple the Tzatziki sauce is to make and how delicious it tastes.

 

Directions for Lamb Burger:

Place all ingredients, except for lamb, in a food processor and mix until incorporated.

Add mixture to mixing bowl with the lamb and mix until incorporated.

Shape into desired shape and size.

Cook to at least 150 Degrees. Measure with a meat thermometer.

Add to bun and top with Tzatziki sauce and your favorite toppings.

Serve, Eat Well, and Be Happy.

 

Directions for the Tzatziki Sauce:

Peel cucumber and spoon the seeds from the middle.

Grate cucumber and garlic into a mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated.

Top your lamb burger or use with other recipes.
