Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup Infused Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- Lemon Zest
TO MAKE ICING:
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Infused Butter
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the infused butter and mix on medium for 1 minute.
- Mix eggs one at a time.
- Mix in milk at 1/4 cup at a time on low speed.
- Add vanilla extract and lemon zest.
- Pour into greased bundt cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before icing.
