The High Noon Ice Cream Challenge
On Friday July 28, 2017, Direct Cannabis Network (DCN) invited Vanessa Corrales from B-Edibles and Leighlani Wiglitton from PuffPuffPassCo. to participate in a friendly competition called “High Noon,” at the DCN headquarters in sunny San Diego, California.
What is High Noon? Each month, Direct Cannabis Network invites founders from the cannabis industry to join them LIVE on Facebook. Founders participate in a variety of challenging activities, while the viewers get to ask them questions. This one’s High Noon challenge was who can make the best ice cream dish!
Vanessa from B-Edibles made a delicious avocado ice cream decorated with chopped up strawberries and Italian waffle cookies. The dish was an optical illusion of a popular Hispanic food appetizer; guacamole, chips, and salsa
Leighlani from PuffPuffPassCo. made a medicated strawberry ice cream. To infuse her ice cream, she added B-Edibles, an infused sugar made of organic cane sugar and lab-tested C02 oil. Leighlani also created two non medicated ice cream concoctions that tasted just as amazing as they looked.
Ultimately, Vanessa from B-Edibles was crowned the winner by popular vote for her creative avocado ice cream dish. The entire episode can be viewed via the link below.

Vanessa’s Avocado Ice Cream
3 ripe avocados
1 can condensed milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 juiced lime
1 lime zested.
Blend, freeze, and enjoy!
Leighlani’s Medicated Strawberry Ice Cream
2 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of B-Edibles Sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt\
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 cups of strawberries.
Blend ingredients together and add to an ice cream maker!
